How do I make purchases in the AZIA store?
All purchases are made using accumulated AZIA coins. The price of each product is listed next to it. There are 4 types of products in the AZIA store: quick games, merchandise, free spins, and bonuses. Each product type has its own purchasing conditions:
- Quick games. The game purchase happens within the game interface, which you can access by clicking the 'Play' button. In the lower-left corner, you can choose your bet, ranging from 1 to 5 coins. The higher your bet, the higher your potential win. To make the purchase, select the desired bet and click the 'Play' button in the lower-right corner.
- Merchandise. By clicking the 'View' button, a window will open where you can select the product size or other characteristics if applicable. After making a purchase, our manager will contact you to confirm delivery details.
- Free spins. By purchasing this bonus, you will have the opportunity to make free spins in video slots. Select the desired number of free spins and the game in which you want to play them, then click 'Buy'. Next, go to the 'Bonuses' section and activate it. After activation, you can play your purchased free spins.
- Bonus. By purchasing this bonus and completing the wager, you will receive the amount you exchanged for coins into your balance. To claim the bonus, activate it in the 'Bonuses' section, then complete the wager in the selected section. If you cancel the bonus, the coins will not be refunded.
If the 'Buy' button is gray and inactive, it's likely that you do not have enough coins to purchase the product.
