8. DEPOSITS, FUNDING AND WITHDRAWALS

8.9. Where an investigation exists, it is documented and available for review by the regulatory authority.

8.10. We reserve the right to charge a commission equal to our costs (20% of the withdrawal amount) for withdrawing funds that have not been used in gameplay. The minimum required wagering amount for Live Dealers, Video Poker, Tables and other games is three times the deposit amount.

8.11. If you withdraw an amount exceeding 60,000 RUB or 1,000 USD/EUR, the Company will conduct an additional review of gaming transactions for a period not exceeding 72 hours. 9. LIMITS AND SELF-RESTRICTIONS

9.1. Players are provided with the ability to set their own limits on deposits, wagers and other gaming parameters. The Operator may also impose limits as required by the regulator.

9.2. Once a limit has been set by the Player and applied by the Operator, relaxing a self-imposed limit (i.e. increasing the permitted amount) is only possible after a 24-hour waiting period from the time the relevant request is submitted, unless otherwise required by the regulator.

9.3. The Operator notifies the Player in advance of any operator-imposed limits and their effective dates. Implemented limits correspond exactly to what was communicated to the Player.

9.5. Self-imposed limits set by the Player may not be less restrictive than limits imposed by the Operator. The more restrictive limitation always takes priority. Limits cannot be circumvented by internal account status events such as self-exclusion and its revocation.

10. SELF-EXCLUSION AND OPERATOR-IMPOSED EXCLUSION

10.1. The Player may at any time apply for self-exclusion for a specified period or indefinitely. The Operator may also exclude a Player as required by the regulator or on other grounds provided for by these Terms.

10.2. Upon receipt of an exclusion request, the Player receives a notification containing their exclusion status and general instructions for resolution where possible.

10.3. From the moment exclusion is applied, no new wagers or deposits are accepted from the Player until the exclusion is lifted. Exclusion cannot be revoked by the Player unilaterally.

10.4. During the exclusion period, the Player retains the right to withdraw their account balance, provided the funds have cleared and the grounds for exclusion do not prohibit a withdrawal.

10.5. Promotional and marketing materials are not specifically targeted at Players who are under exclusion.

10.6. The Operator reviews requests from third parties to exclude a Player where supported by documentary evidence (e.g. joint financial responsibility for the source of funds or a court order requiring financial obligations to be met).

10.7. Exclusion does not affect the application of other restrictions previously set on the account.

11. INACTIVE ACCOUNT

11.1. An account is considered inactive if the Player has not performed any activity (login, transactions, gameplay) for 6 (six) or more months.

11.2. Upon an account being declared inactive, the Company may: freeze the account; restrict the ability to conduct transactions; charge an inactive account maintenance fee (where applicable and permitted by law).

11.3. Access to an inactive account is granted to the Player only after additional identity verification.

11.4. Funds held in an inactive account are protected against unauthorised access, modification or removal.

11.5. Unclaimed funds in inactive accounts are handled in accordance with applicable law; where possible, they are returned to the Player.

12. INTERRUPTED GAMES

12.1. A game is considered interrupted when its outcome remains unresolved or cannot be properly conveyed to the Player. An interruption may occur as a result of: loss of connection between the Gaming Platform and the Player's device; a Platform restart; a restart or malfunction of the Player's device; abnormal termination of the gaming application; a game-disable command issued by the Platform.

12.2. Wagers associated with an interrupted game that can be continued are held by the Platform until the game is completed. The fact of a wager being placed and the absence of a return on that wager are recorded in the system until the game is completed.

12.3. The Platform provides the Player with a mechanism to complete an interrupted game. An interrupted game must be resolved before the Player is permitted to participate in another round of the same game.

12.4. If the Gaming Platform disables a game while a round is in progress, all Players currently playing that game are entitled to complete their current round (including bonus rounds, double-up/gamble features and other wager-related elements) — immediately or the next time the game becomes available. Once the round has been fully completed, the game will no longer be accessible to that Player.

12.5. In the event that a Player is subject to self-exclusion or operator-imposed exclusion while interrupted games are pending, all placed and as yet undecided wagers are either returned to the Player or settled in accordance with the rules of the relevant game.

13. ACCOUNT CLOSURE

13.1. The Player may close their account at any time, unless the Operator has temporarily applied an exclusion to the Player. Any remaining balance in the account is returned to the Player, provided the funds have cleared.

13.2. A Player's account may be blocked and/or deleted by the Company without prior notice if: the Company decides not to provide services to the Player; a connection to a previously deleted account is discovered; an attempt to hack the system or participate in collusion is identified; the account is being used for fraudulent purposes.

13.3. If your account has not been active for 6 or more months, we may close or suspend it without notice, in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.

13.4. You are responsible for all activity on your account until you receive confirmation of its closure. If an account is closed while a dispute or investigation is pending, closure is deferred until the matter is resolved, unless otherwise required by law.

14. GAME RULES AND WAGERING

14.1. You are responsible for the accuracy of information about any transaction you make before confirming your bet during the game.
